Art Therapy – free and confidential service at The Other Place

Art therapy involves the process of self expression or self exploration through creativity. People do not have to be creative to take part, as the process can be facilitated by the Therapist.

Who can avail of this service?
EVERYONE! Art Therapy can be used to facilitate any personal growth or development, such as:

Dealing with every day life challenges
Personal Development
Self-exploration
Identity
Low self esteem
Stress
Anxiety
Bereavement
Addiction
Sexuality
Gender Identity
Emotional and mental health disorders such as depression/schizophrenia

This service is going to be available in The Other Place for free, as it is in association with the CIT/Crawford Art College Masters Programme. Appointments will be available Mondays and Tuesdays and late appointments can be negotiated.
